Drawing the Body Exercises

Here are some photos from my drawing the body class. 

In the first photo we had to do a self portrait with black and white charcoal allowing the colored paper below to act as the mid tones. 

The second and third photo was from a class where we could only draw straight lines the second is quick 30 second gesture drawings and the third is a longer painting where we used the edge of a piece of cardboard to ensure we used straight lines to create painting.
